anyone have a secret coating they can share with me for frying venison liver please? :D want to do liver bacon and onions tonight!

Ooh I'm drooling at the thought.... I love liver, you dont need to do anything off the wall for the coating, just well seasoned flour.... saying that, if the bacon that you are cooking it with is the very salty type, dont use too much in the coating, just some good fresh milled black pepper. A splash or two of lee n perrins when its cooking is good too

(I'm having duck breast tonight) :D
