nathanbrown 0 Posted May 10, 2023 Report Share Posted May 10, 2023 Hi all. I have recently acquired my shotgun certificate and have already purchased my first gun. I’m completely new to shooting, and hunting in general (apart from ferreting as youngster). I don’t have a dog (but will be looking to get one in the future) so most of my shooting will be walking the hedgerows with a stick and a pal or by myself and seeing what I can draw out. What game do you guys tend to go for? I will be focusing on rabbits, pheasants and wood pigeons. How do you guys find shooting permissions? I guess what I’m trying to say is I’m a complete newbie here with a gun and a strong interest in the sport but no clue where to go from here.
