Stabs 3
I know that rabbiting with terriers is not everyone's cup of tea, but then again I don't give a f**k :11: Went out late this morning for a rake around some sapling oak woods which border an overgrown orchard. Not the most prolific of places but f*****g hell it was good sport! I was pulling bramble thorns out of the dogs faces for hours :11: These pics were taken at midday which goes to show you how dense the wood is We must have been out for two hours and I'm just glad the dogs got something A mark in the brambles The bunny bolted (actually two bolted) and in these situations a terrier is a better bet than a lurcher as I find they go through cover like a knife through butter. Although having said that, my wheaten cross did the same. It's always nice to watch a little team at work And another bolted from some long grass by the sapling oaks. The lurcher pushed it out and the terriers caught it, which I will admit is a bit arse about face, but what the f**k, it was a good morning :11: Very hard won bunnies but to me a mornings bushing is good sport Quote Link to post
