shotup 9
since monday all the local sites have had thier labour only prices slashed by 20% SOME FIRMS EVEN MORE house builders are blaming mondays loss on the stock market to hit the lads badly. can you imagine if the police and fireservice got a reduction by 20% ther would be riots. 4yrs back you were treated like royalty because the firms coulnt get decent gangs but now with all the poles working for fook all looks like a few lean years are back again.only in the construction industry could they get away with this. not just brickies but joiners as well.local scaffold firm has laid of half its men.black times ahead im afraid if your in the north of england and english.young lads take note dont come into this game. macberran 2
Always the same and wheres your handshake? Back in the 80s it was and the 90s then they bleat about lack off skills. A fickle market. All the older people and properly trained boys f----d off or jacked in. I was getting that money back in 87!!!, and late 90s. Working as a con manager last year I was on several sites for clients and there was Lithuanians, Pols etc on £6.50 sleeping on site eating etc......and not a f-----g method statement,CSCS, banksmans or slingers H+S or first aider anywhere. That was London central and all offf Kent. 7 sites in all. Thouhg the brits had too have a slab off certs that looked like the Sunday Times, double standards I think.
