I love the .17. its great, take it every where with me. its got to be one of the most handiest rounds about. flat out to about 150 yards. will easily take foxes at 100 yards. go for the .17, you wont miss the .22. :thumbs:

..............But you will miss clean rabbits to sell .17 takes the head off and shoulders if your a bit low !

well ive been shooting rabbits with my cz .17 hmr for a year or so now and never had one rejected from game dealers yet

they do hit hard and expand but only when they hit bone

this rabbit was shot at 60 or 70 yards with my cz .17 hmr remmington 17 grain boat tails

my .22 lives most of its life in the gun safe now but still has its place for shooting rabbits close in and in places

where you want no niose
