Rat snaring in doors

Recommended Posts

The idea is to set wires in the hollow blocks, the kids are aged from 10 - about 18 all from the local estate, last year they torched 2500 straw bales for fun, anything and I mean anything gets smashed up, the old bill are as much use as a chocolate tea pot.

I don't need ideas like secure the boxes well or use rodenticide powder we have been through all of these, even metal bait boxes inside purpose made steel cover boxes have been ripped from the rag anchor fixings and thrown into the hedge. If we can come up with a design of a snare that can be manufactured at a suitable price we will go with it, the damaged equpment is costing the farmer a small fortune.

I can't really help, but I have the same round where I live. You just about have to trap or snare in the dark or get everything wrecked or stolen. I had two larsen traps tipped upside down last year the call birds gone and one of the traps broken. I suspected a bloke who walks his dogs out there so I collared him, and asked if he'd seen anyone tampering with the traps, of course he said no. I said well if you do tell them I'll kill them etc and explained how much hassle it caused, and I was going to the police etc etc. End of problem for now

Poison wouldn't take long, Could someone not stay there a couple of days and kip in the car, two of you could do shifts, till the poison had nailed them

[/quote s by s , tell the farmer the only thing that these bast.... need is a bit of the mafia style treatment where they get the message immediately , to get right down to their houses and give them the exact same treatment, its great what a few nice uppercuts , left hooks and right crosses can do to command there immediate attention as these guys are the best little social workers and sychiatrists going, no talking involved , if they had burned my bales they would never have needed to worry about putting their central heating on ever again,
