If you double click on the application in the applications folder it should open no problem. Try opening the file that way via File-> Open.... What kind of Mac, OS version etc.? Edited to add: the file should end in .mov for Quicktime to play it, otherwise may have to download Flip4Mac or something to handle other formats..... Edited December 28, 2007 by F.R.
