king 12,038
I used to use a chicken feeder from farm shop..Bird feeders for the garden could also be adapted with a bit of twiddling etc etc. Or just feed em Raw matey... late at night in the summer and remove any carcass in the morning to avoid the flies.. That dry food is shite to be honest.. costs nowt to feed raw. They have plenty of raw vin.mince.rabbit.squirell.chicken.sardines.etc.But I like to have biscuit down aswell.my thoughts are when we go on holiday this year I can leave a large gravity feeder in the court for them.then the neighbour can just refill there water bottles on the outside. That way there will be no flys.and I'm 100% peace of mind that they got food all week. cant fault yer matey... spot on... great way to to make sure the stinkers are looked after while you have a relaxing holiday. these are the type of thing i've used in the past... I had a metal one that was great..they make them up to 10kg. https://www.poultrypeople.co.uk/products/details/tusk-eton-economy-chick-feeder-with-lid-1kg/79/ That looks like the 1 I had for the chickens before vin.but it had a threaded bar from top to bottom to adjust the feed coming through. I've just had a quick look now on google images. And this looks just the job I think.and cheap to buy a good 3ft 1 screwed to the wall should be spot on. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=poultry+feeder&client=safari&hl=en-gb&prmd=sivn&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwj7_4rtraPTAhWJKcAKHV-wCm4Q_AUICCgC&biw=1024&bih=649#imgrc=jq0OMk76XlCRNM: Quote Link to post
