decided to gan oot myself the day as got no pals to gan with lol so went to a old haunt did 4 or 5 sets but not a thing the looked as they were being used mabe they were away for xmas holidays so went else were to a little wood ther i done 2 sets got 1 rabbit then moved onto a place i went to as a booy doing a 10 holer with 2 ferrets down then after a while 1 come out then other 1 come to hole & started to spit & hiss at me & also squealed at me thought she was going to bite me then went back down then came out & she was ok so moved on last time i done these holes i was only 16 bolted another 3 so had 4 for the day not a lot of rabbits about my way mixi must of got a lot of them but had a good day as usual has anyone had this happen to them before

Never had that, they only scream from fear or pain, so possibly she hurt herself.

If she was fluffed up there is the possibility that she may have net a rat, which we did on Wednesday.

Luckily, I was to far away to dive on it as it slipped through the net.

Had summat similar happen a few years ago,I was dropping a big hob in a hole and it flew round and latched onto me like it's life depended on it ,and this fert was always so gentle and handleable.When I retracted him from the hole I found a wasp stuck in his fur,so he had obviously been stung.....poor bugger (he had the rest of the day off then).......martin.
