I THINK MY BROTHER HAD ONE ABOUT 20+ YEARS AGO, CALLED MEL AFTER THE MELBRECK HUNT WHERE HE GOT HIM FROM, ALL I KNOW WAS HIS DOGS BROTHER WAS CALLED RATS AND RATS WAS MY DOGS UNCLE IF YOU CAN WORK THAT ONE OUT,MY PUP WAS CALLED MIDGE, SMOOTH COATED RED ABOUT 11 TTS WITH 4 WHITE TIPS ON HIS TOES AND A SMALL WHITE WHISP ON HIS CHEST, I NEVER WORKED HIM BUT MY BROTHERS DID AND HE WAS A HARD DOG AND ONLY RARELY VOICED HIS OPINION  OH I WAS ONLY ABOUT 7 AT THE TIME BUT USED TO HELP OUT AT THE DIGS, THE DOG USED TO KILL A FAIR AMOUNT OF FOXES AND LIVED TILL 15 WHEN SUPPOSEDLY HE WAS POISEND. MIDGE WAS THE DOUBLE OF CYRIL BREAYS RED DOG IN THE FELL TERRIER BY PLUMMER AND GAME AS F**K.

any info or advice on parks trriers, are the anygood ?????

Lad I know went out with John a few times several years ago. Said they were the best workers he's ever seen. Would drop a dog in one earth while another was entered in another. They'd start with the first dig then go to the second once they'd finished. These dogs were doing 10hrs regular. I was intersested in getting a pup from his breeding but never got anywhere. One thing I was told was be cautious when someone says they have a %100 pure bred Parks terrier cos John was supposed to rarely give anyone his pups but heard he sent quite a few to Ireland to be tested.
