Guest Ditch_Shitter
Worst bit was, John; It was just up the top of my track! I turned left at my post box. Heard the gravel underfoot take on a strange tone and Boing!!! I'm bouncing off Pat's bloody fence! I'm So glad it wasn't electrified! But that's some Serious dark out there tonight, mate. I got to the end of my home track and spent about ten minutes creeping about trying to be sure I never walked into my own damn gate ~ which, like a c*** ~ I've painted Black! Quote Link to post
lindsay 1
Talking of electric fences, i was out the other night with my wee lad after a few rabbits for the ferrets, and we walked straight into a electric fence as we were leaning over a hedge to lamp a stuble field. Thing was we both stepped back and looked at each other and then leaned back on it , but this time we both got big kicks of it, must say felt sorry for the wee man as the lamp lead was caught up on the hedge and was still touching the electric fence. Anyway we got a few rabbits and a nice big hare for the pot too Quote Link to post
Deker 3,491
just a quick Hijacking to bring you this on electric fences......had a call from a smallholding about 6 weeks ago...we have just fenced off an area for the cows because the deer keep getting in and eating all the grass can you sort them out....... no problem!!! Get to site start talking...so where do they normally get through the fence then says I ........I don't know, I haven't seen any since we put the fence up!!! Never occured to them that this newly erected electric fence not only kept their cows, in but also kept all the deer out that HAD been feeding there!! Empty freezer time!
