"he can do it for how much" ,..i said.So the secretary asks, can i match his price, otherwise its his !,........"no sorry i cant" , says i.Id been there for about 5 year, now,....& my prices, were very reasonable.So being the chap i am,....lol,....i gives the said mole catcher, a bell. (ive met the guy, & hes alright) "How can you offer to do it for X amount, mate ?,....its not enough, & its not gonna do any of us, any favours ? I cant see any other 'advertising' professional, doing it for what you quoted, them !,......"ach, i know ", he says " after i said to them, i kinda realised, it wasnt enough ",.... "if thats the way, they are treating you, im not gonna do it now, when they ask". "hey listen, mate,....you carry on, im not gonna hold it against you, or anything" So id got the 'boot' in the morning of that day, but by the end of it, i had the 'head greenkeeper' on the blower, "that other guy has told him (secretary), he cant do it,.....so can you carry on, with a bit more "flexibility" in your pricing !!,........lol Quote Link to post
