FUBAR 0
Took the young ferrets out (& Mrs P ) on Saturday for an hour or so . We went to a field up the lane with 3 open buries in it , netted up quickly and entered the 3 ferrets together into a 9 holer pretty quickly a rabbit bolted followed by another from an unseen pop hole about 15 mins later, eventually after a bit of wait the 3 ferrets came out of that bury on to the next. Again quickly netted up and entered the 3 ferrets after alot of thumping out shot 2 bunnies into nets again another one after perhaps 15 or twenty minutes which the hob dragged out. After the ferrets had finnished running about and emerged from the bury we moved onto the next bury. From this bury they bolted another 3 rabbits 2 into nets and another one from an unnetted pop hole. An enjoyable time with no digging.I'm pleased with the result as it was the first time for one jill and only the second time for the other jill and the hob.
