They are likely to be anywhere. Be especially aware that recently they have been seen, late in the day, skulking in covers or hedgerows playing with their cameras in an attempt to concoct 'evidence'. It would help if everyone, mounted and on foot, kept an eye open for anything suspicious and reported it through the proper channels.
