I don't honestly remember if it was Radio 4 or any other branch of the british govt. media machine. But that's dead right; They held a public, internet based poll. Saw the results and started back peddling like lunatics. The Anti's screamed " FIX! " and the 'Beeb' nodded vehemently. Perhaps this time they've sorted out a way to 'Fix' it so that we can't possibly even Appear to 'Win' ?
