Moving On In The Garden

Recommended Posts

Things are looking pretty good. All last years hard work has definitely paid off. All the other guys are using the rotovator but fortunately my plot has dug very well. That load of muck (14 tonnes)spread all over has done the job. As we speak, Iv'e 2 rows of Arran Pilot earlies in, broad beans. 3 rows beetroot, 2 full rows peas (Onward), radish, parsnip, which to be honest was a wash out last year, 1 row of swede , all my onion sets and 3 rows of Ailsa Craig. Spring cabbage looking good . The wind last night removed the polytunnel and just found it. One of the neighbours has it hanging on his fence. I'll try for it in the norning. Greenhouse looking not bad either. Runner beans just showing, Hispi, all year round cauli, peppers and Money maker toms showing. All in all not a bad start to the season. How are you all doing.Jok.
