I'm pretty sure pitindall1978 is bang on saying sixties, these guns took over where the Cadet and Cadet Major left off. BSA guns back then came with all steel parts and quality! I have seen some of the later one's fitted with Plastic triggers and plastic open sights .... Quote Link to post
