flea shampoo

Hi all

 

just wondering if theres any decend flea shampoo/spray/powder about for ferrets ?

 

ive picked a few off my jill after a day out ferreting and i want them rid asap

i agree with you i use it on all my animals every couple of months and it keeps the ticks away

im sure pets at home do parasite control for ferrets

what do you use on ticks, one of our jills has one on the inside of her ear

I just kept putting vaslene on any ticks i find if theres only a couple , depends on the state of the animal i suppose

thanks, i have checked them both over and she only has one, just thought it was a bit odd in her ear tho!

i hate the bleeding little things i find they seem to like the ear area on ferrets

duramitex is better and most importantly cheaper than frontline . get some make it up ( i use a cap full to a pint of water ) and apply with a spray gun rub in (wear rubber gloves ) kills fleas and ticks pretty dam quick . good for keeping hutchs clean as well ( works on dogs to ) .
