weejohn 3
http://www.remington.com/products/ammunition/ballistics/ try this link and download the remington shoot programme, i found the easiest way to get a rough idea of bullet placement on the target, you can even adjust the wind speed etc. forgot to add i normally set my 22-250 to shoot 1.5 inch high at 100yds. SNAP SHOT 194
sounder in theory that may be right or wrong, It depends on the BC of the bullet, velocity, atmospheric pressure, temperature, the two most important being BC of the bullet, and velocity. do you have a chronogragh? make your own drop tables for your own bullets, is the most accurate way. or failing that check the speed of said bullet over the net, and you'll be close enough if you input the stats into a ballistics progam. i downloaded the lee shooter program, and have taken foxes to four hundred yards and slightly over, any probs give me a pm. i'll try an get ye sorted.
