Sending Knives Overseas - Help?

Hi peep's,

 

Just wondering how I'd go about getting my friend sending some knives from Norway to the UK.

Also, looking to sell some of my own off, pref within the UK. Is there any specific route i have to take or courier who specifies in this area?

 

Any experience and general help would be really grateful.

I send them royal mail not cheap though just sent one to eire £10.25 sighned for

That's not bad, I did read some of RM's terms but they say on the lines of weapons, firearms and similar items could be confiscated.... At least.

RM aren't the best people to go with I know but if it means sending some knives and guaranteeing delivery, it's worth it :-/

as long as they are pagadged correctly , and it isn't a flick knife !!, there should be no problem . although I have herd of certain post offices that wont send them!! so be carefull of the description of the knife you give when asked ,, hmmmmmmmmmmm ,,camping knife

you are more likely to get hassle importing through customs than exporting out of the u/k.

Will have to see what happens, may see if my friend could bash the packaging around a bit so they don't look new. Lol
