On friday i had a cortisone injection in my right heel, so ive been sat in the chair with my leg up all weekend feeling pissed off because i cant do much. It feels a bit better but still very tender. I just wondered if anyone else has had this and what did they do to kill the pain, and also how long does it take to start getting about again? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
