Leekyboy 0
Please can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to cater at any forth coming events in the South Wales area please. I own a catering trailer with a 5 star food hygiene rating. With all the insurances, training records and risk assessments needed. Any information would be great thanks. baw 4,360
There is a Scottish guide called what's on. I'm sure wales will have one. It lists all upcoming events. Just contact them. Contact the council to get a roadside pitch too if your planning on doing it full time.

Westy76 546
Speak to the council for a list of all the events in the area(they have to be applied for) and speak to the organisers, you'll find they do them regular once you can get in you'll get asked to do others it's all about who you know in that game
