hi all and thankyou for everyones advice while i was deciding on what to get with my birthday and xmas money , i decided to buy a new hw99 with hawke sport hd 3-9 x 50 scope and also got a tracer ledray 100 with filters , 500 air arms diablo pellets and pack of paper targets and a gun bag . all for £330 the scope was fitted to the gun for me and the service i recieved from the guys at countrystore in sawston , cambridgeshire was excellant .

just need lots of practice now as not used to shooting a .22 ,

Aye Timmy, I reckon it is, just waiting to hear back from the landowner of our main permission to see if we can still shoot there. All being well I will be getting out soon. If it falls through there could be a rifle for sale lol.

I had a 99s a few years ago. had it for 6 or 7 years and it never missed a beat. was the most consistent springer ive ever owned. it loved the superdome pellets. it was bang on. If i could re own any of my past rifles it would be that one.
