If you click on BROWSE which is in the attachments link below (when your posting) then choose the file,or picture from file you want to upload,click it,then click upload,then manage attachments,JOB DONE. I don't know if it's just me, but they started taking about fifteen minutes just to open for me! Once it's open, everything's tickedy boo. But, for more run of the mill and general slapping up of shots? I use the Browse function here Oh. Having said all that; I also tend to compress my shots ~ before doing anything with them ~ using Picture Manager, from mickey's Office suite. Just saves me waiting so long while a 150 Kb shot loads. I can shed 100+ Kb's and the shot's still a suitable size for forum viewing, see? Quote Link to post
higgins 75 Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 Ditch your right it takes ages sometimes,maybe the best and logical solution really is to change the settings on the camera to it's smallest file size if the pics are only going to be uploaded on a forum,there's no messing about that way,most people tend to use the highest quality on their cameras all the time,then when they have to upload find out it's too big then go into Photobucket and then back to forum..... ad infintum...
