They go under a few names depending on the manufacturer usually have the numbers 393 or lr754 or ag5 in the title they're available from places like maplin or class ohlson but if you look around you can sometimes find them on the big cards of multiple watch batteries

ag5 - you can get a load from places like home bargains maplins, even the pound shop,
