Damson Jam

Does anyone know an easy way to get the stones out of damsons so that I can make damson jam.

I assume it is same as making any other jam but without the stones.

Any tips???????????????

Whats the easiest way to differentiate between damsons and sloes?

Damsons are larger than sloe berrys and taste real nice, sloe's are smaller and very bitter... :thumbs:
