berty bassett 0
hi everybody , i am new on here so please be gentle ! i am possibly thinking of selling my airguns but to be honest i have no idea how much rifles sell for nowadays so i am seeking advise first . one is a theoben crow magnum fac ( nearest they done to left handed stock ) .22 with wtc scope 3.5-10 and bag - very good condition - i would think i have only put about 500 pellets through it . the other is a career 707 fac .22 with moderator, bag and simmons 6-18 range finder scope also vgc except the moderator - it was second hand when i first got it and has been badly scratched but it fitted and worked fine so i didn't buy another - i know how much i paid for these guns so if they were fetching decent money then it would come in handy , however - if second hand guns are going silly cheap then they can stay in the cabinet just want advise really - seen a couple for sale but vary so much i just wanted other peoples opinion to get fair price thank you in advance Quote Link to post
Acuspell 329
I hate to say it, but FAC airguns are worth LESS than standard limit rifles. The reason for this is simplly the laws of economics - fewer buyers means less pressure on the available offerings. Your Theoben break barrel is probably worth £200 at most. The Career is possibly of interest to someone for a project. Again, around £300 max. harsh, I know, but the number of people after an FAC rifle is miniscule compared to those after limited rifles - and then out of those few they have to want what you have got.
