I am considering a poncho as a replacdment as i favour using surplus hunting gear and figure i could just throw this on as and ehen i need it. Anyone used one? Quote Link to post

Not so good if youre trying to keep mobile cos they can flap a bit, restrict your vision and movement and be noisy. That said, the lightweight american ones are pretty good, the hoods not so much of a pain and they roll up nice and small to keep in your knapsack. Cheers, wurz Quote Link to post
