robwelsh 354
Right just want to make sure the extra ir you can buy with it is suitable for out to 150yrds +/- doesn't matter if its only good out to 80yrds, but be nice to.have further. http://www.scottcountry.co.uk/products-Pulsar-Challenger-GS-and-DSA-Night-Vision-Riflescope-Kit-4290.htm Think its 805 flashlight, down bottom..cheers
bunnyman 68
Hi Rob , the challenger with a n1000 laser ir is good for 120 yds max you may be able to see eye shine a bit further, my friend Warbucks on the bbs uses the chalenger with the n1000 to head shoot bunnies out to the above range on a regular basis. atb brian
robwelsh 354
Cheers for the reply, iv been looking at the n1000 , an nm800 but that is abit out of budget. Lol I suppose at first with the challenger Aslong as I can see a fair amount for the sub 12 it'll be [bANNED TEXT], wouldn't mind using it to spot stuff out with dog too though. Has anyone used the one above? Do u know if it will be enough? Cheers
stillair1 16
Hi Rob used as an add on you'll see naff all with the inbuilt ir, maybe 10yds. Another laser which come up s/h around £100 is the dipol l3 which I use on mine. 150yds is beyond the gen1 pulsar and more in the gen2+ addon catergory. The pulsar only has a 1x lens as standard, so it's not great as a spotter. Most spotters are 3-5x. Two of the common ones are the yukon ranger and the yukon exelon. neil
robwelsh 354
Cheers. There's the pulsar an dsa on the link for 280, or for 370 there's a laser flashlight thing for it? Is that still shit? Lol and as for it not being good as a spotter I got a scope here il use lol it gotta work? Thanks for reply
dogvixen01 34
pulsar l808 lasers work well.805 flashlight little range and a 940 nm one little better and is generally used as it is supposed to be invisible to human eye.better off with a n100ap imho.
