cumbrian huntsman 1
Just wondering if 1254fps at the muzzle is slow average or quick for a game load? cheers c.h Quote Link to post
tegater 789
For a game load I would say med to high, but some clay loads are 1400 plus Quote Link to post
tegater 789
What I also meant to say was mv for game and vermin shooting means very little over 40 metres! It has caused as many discussions as choke and shot size! Quote Link to post
cumbrian huntsman 1
No worries mate thanks for the reply, just doing abit of research on a cartridge im using! I used to use eley high flyers and now using rottweil specials, a good match for me as they are putting out exactly the same mv! The rottweils seem a better cartridge! Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
The Rottweils are a much better shell in general to most things you buy here but you pay the price for them. Patterned quite a few over the years and the Rottweils are always consistently good. 1245fps for a game shell is about right. Quote Link to post
