permission in and around co,durham

evening all,i live in co durham and started ferreting again this year after a 6-7 years brake through work, anyway i have roughly over 250 acres but it floods and holds the water for days and the woodland is all banks and when its wet its lethel, what iam after is a little bit more land nothing majer just enuff to get me and my 12 year old son out and a couple of rabbits in the bag , so if any of you good folk out there that has some land they dont work any more or to busy with outher land and dont want to lose some dew to not going often enuff , me and my lad would be more than welcome to work it for you , iam a honest man who would never try to take land from under your nose when you say thats it mate, its a shake of the hand and pint to say thanks .I was lucky enuff to be invited by rabbitcatcher1 for a days ferreting a few weeks ago and now a good frendship has formed and hope fully i can do the same with a few more of you , so if you have anything for me please PM me , thanks for your time and hope to here frome 1 or 2 off you soon ATB mhopton
