Top Lamper 2k10 169 Posted December 15, 2012 Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 depends mate on the dog and its age and how much expeience its had ive got pup nearly ten month n hammering rabbits on the lamp but i wont start the pup on the filter untill i think its got a keen eye on the lamp ( which it has but im takin my time with him ) some pups take ages but some pick it up easy depends on the dog and its owner if its a pup mate never rush it coz u will be sick at the end take ya time n all the best mate Quote Link to post

Top Lamper 2k10 169 Posted December 15, 2012 Report Share Posted December 15, 2012 thats just coz he doesnt hav much experience mate i would still use the lense (depends on how good he is on the white beam mate) but try n get him a few clappers on the filter first so he knows wat the red beam is coz u think hes used ta the white light not the red now try him on a few clappers on the red light n hell will reconnise the red beam after a while soon as the dog knows the red beam u should reconise it when hes on the lead coz you should be able ta reconnise when the dog can see it by is recation of the dog mate atb Quote Link to post
