scottish lurcher 185 Posted July 1, 2007 Report Share Posted July 1, 2007 i have just got two jills and the dogs seem to sniff round the hutch which is to be expected but when i handle them the bitch will growl at my male dog if he gets to close or shows to much interest in them she is very keen on protecting them from other dog she did the same kinda of thing when she had her pups about year ago if he got to close to them do you think she is trying to mother them like her pups she is a saluki greyhound frist cross and very good hunting dog so iam guessing it aint down to her breed Quote Link to post
