Guest The Shaman
When you say a new tower, do you mean just the case (as in you want to change the chassis but keep all the working parts and put them in the new case), or do you mean you want the tower with all the bits already installed and ready to go? Makes a big difference on the wallet.

Makes a big difference on the wallet. What i want is the tower with all the bits in the back of it already to plug in & go basically. mine is so slow its unreal takes ages to type anything & i dont have any pc knowledge of what to do to sort the problem out, so i would rather have a new tower ready to go , its probably asking a lot but there you go

Guest Ditch_Shitter
For a start, I'd personally rather buy from a high street than off line. That way ye have somewhere to physically go and see someone, should ye have problems. I'm not suggesting it'll all break down in minutes, but I bought a Lap Top from Dixons (I rather like Dixons. PC World f*cked up severely with me. Never again then!) and, on getting home and plugging in ..... Not a lot! I phoned the shop and the guy said to nip back in with it. Open till 21:00. Five minutes away? I was there! He just explained what I'd not realised. Did it for me and sent me home happy as Larry My Lap Top, by the way, is Packard Bell. I've had several computers and will never again look at another make. This thing is Superb! Seems they used to be utter shit. But then they got bought out or something. Now they're widely known as probably the best in europe. What I wouldn't touch again is Dell Swallow their hype at ye peril!
