secretagentmole 1,701
Yesterday, Tragedy! My v block fell into two pieces whilst testing Theodora. As we all know a batch were made with a flaw in this area, mine was one. I phoned Robin up to ask how much a new one was, he sent me two! Two, so now if clumsy clot here manages to break one, I have a spare. But these were sent out yesterday and delivered today, for free! Many people complain about customer service, it is nice to be on the receiving end of proper customer service. They also sent me some batteries, an alignment guide and a chrono connect cable as I keep recommending the 625 mark 4 where it is appropriate! If you want a decent Chrono and someone who believes in looking after you the paying customer, you know where to go! Quote Link to post

secretagentmole 1,701
http://www.chronoscopes.com Click the above link and buy a CB625 for superb Customer Service. Theodora is a Theoben Sirocco, pre HE gas ram rifle. The V block is what holds the chono in alignment with the barrel! Quote Link to post
