Gaz_1989 9,539
After ignoring alot of good advice on here telling me not to kennel my 2 bitches together, I went ahead and did just that. They've been happy as larry for 6 months. Only ever had 1 tiny squabble over food (that I've seen anyway) and that was just a bit of snarling. I always tjo Quote Link to post

ginga john 268
I was once told that you can kennel two and get away with it but kennel three and you'll bury one, Unfortunately this was proven many years ago when I left two bitches and a dog terrier in the yard while I went out for an hour, I have always kennelled pups with an older dog but if its two dogs then I have had to separate them before the pup gets too saucy, I still kennel a dog and a bitch together sometimes if I need to but they are both very laid back and no trouble, two other dogs I have are not fighters and are well socialised / behaved but both like their own space and will play up if left with another dog (or bitch ) for too long It's got to be best to give each dog its own space but where they can still see each other, not always possible but seems to work 1 Quote Link to post
