a better night with the raider

Great shooting Mac. Is the rifle you use a Webley Raider 2-shot? I remember that was a great rifle for not a huge sum. And built well as Webley did in those years back. And what a bag for your foray out. Yep I have to say I'm envious here. I haven't nailed a bag like this, save but one evening's shoot this year where I dropped on a feeding warren a month or so back. Never seen anything like so many let alone shot as many since.

hi simon its a single shot bud i was out last night and got another 4 two good size ones and two small ones i could only see there eyes in the long grass both at about 30 yards took aim and fired hit both in the eye was well chuffed untill i saw how small they were the phone battery went dead so could not take eny photos but vislauk was with me and he can vouch for the kills vislauk got 1 but shud have had more but he had his little patterdale pup with him he,s tranning him up and is comeing along very well if you shoot some thing(rabbits or foul) he will go and sit next to it mint if its in long grass or if its in the bracken or bush the new lamp i have fitted to the raider is a ultra fire red beam and is one of the best iv had £17,75 off flea bay from china and only took a week to get here the rabbits do run but stop and look at you or continue feeding one of the good size rabbits was in a field with a bull and i storked it a cross the hold field with one eye on the rabbit and one on the bull took the rabbit out at about 40 yards one shot in the back of the head it just lay down and went to sleep did not no what hit it the other one was taken at about 20 yards and it just rolled over all in all another good night athvbmac

i'v got a 2 shot raider, great gun 'i'v had 20 plus bags of rabbit's with it on the lamp. performs just as good as guns costing 3 times as much.

yes it is a great gun. i'v fired all the high priced stuff and none of it will out do me old raider.i dont use it as much these days ''to busy shotgunning''but i will never sell it . comes in handy for feral's in barns and a bitta lampin.

i used to have a bsa scorpion t10 and i thought that was good but the raider nocks spots off that atvbmac
