Guest Ditch_Shitter
Got a washing machine to install. Bought home a Vemco Self Cutting Plumbing - In Tap. However, on inspection I see I have a 3/4" plastic water pipe. Dare I use this thing; Or will it possibly not fit that bore or otherwise leave me with a leak on my hands? Anyone Know, please? (Yeppers, I know professional Plumbers don't need to use such things. But who else could I ask?) Thanks
stubby 175
ditch, is the self plumbing kit made to go on 22mm pipe, always thought they were made to take 15mm (mine are) anyhow if it will clamp onto 22mm, then i dont see why it wouldent still work
Guest Ditch_Shitter
B*llocks. So it's back to the shop with that one then and I stay dirty for another week or three while I try to sort out a f*cking alternative. Yeppers; Looking at the jaws on this thing, I'd say it was made for 15mm copper pipe. Which is what I stupidly assumed I'd seen under my sink. Should've checked ..... Oh well ..... Cheers, lads.
