Depending on your browser follow these instructions to clean your cookies Clearing Cookies. Btw, when clearing cookies you must close ALL browser windows and re-open them before the new cookie is served. After the corrupted cookie is deleted, you cannot get the correct cookie until/unless all browser windows have been closed. That's why spybot/adware programs ask you to close all browser windows before running the program. 1. Delete cookies set by this board. 2. Close all browser windows. Re-open and try again. 3. If that doesn't work THEN clear your browser cookies. Close all browser windows. Re-open and try again. 4. If none of that works, make SURE any Firewall or other program that effects cookies is DISABLED prior to deleting your browser cookies. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
