Okny one of my jills is pregant with about 2 weeks left :D Never done this before and dont know much about it :hmm: When she drops and i check should i then leave her for how long?

 

Anyother tips and info will be great :) Thanks

I'm in the same boat as you Lloyd. I plan on leaving the kitts alone for a week (in the bed compartment), I'm just gonna feed mom and handle her if she comes to me.

 

Then after a week i aim to have a quick look at them, check the numbers and general health, once i know everyting is A ok i will be satisfied. I'm going to take my time with the jill as its her first litter, so she may be a bit cagey around her young.

wise words their plenty of raw meat rabbit, chicken etc and plenty of peace and quiet ;)

Her sister who is not pregnnt after she attacked the hob lol and i separated her before she killed him :blink: Reckon she will be ok with her sister and baybies?

Yep rabbit is in the freezer for her, loads of chicken wings available too. oh yeah a raw chickens egg every 3-4 days.

Just give her space & privacy,dont be tempted to look in the nest for a week or so oh & plenty of food :)
