TX200 .177 V Mach?

Anyone had theirs done and what do you think of it? I've had a read but there are some who say it ruins them and other that say it's better.

I've often heard said by my mate Andy here, a very capable airgun tuner and techbod, that the TX200 was so good it didn't need tuning or anything else to improve its smooth-from-the-box performance. I don't honestly think I would have mine tuned. It's a 12-year old MkIII .22 rifle, still on it's original spring and it's as consistent and shoots like silk since the day I bought her from new.

 

I think perhaps. these things work out for some, but not every time..

Thanks Pianoman, it's a bit much to spend and it not make a difference I think. It shoots OK anyway, maybe I should leave it alone
