maty j 6 Posted May 25, 2007 Report Share Posted May 25, 2007 at one of the shows i go to they use a old bike. upside down. remove the front wheel and put it 40 yds away if you want the course that long or whatever distance. bit of string over the rear and front wheel in a continuous loop and thats pritty much it. they have a 2 way bearing type hub in the wheel so you can turn the wheel both ways from the pedals insted of the standared one way. hth.
