heres a boozy one, hawberry brandy, quite simple just have to wait for the berrys

 

70cl of brandy

450g hawberrys, washed and well dried.

sugar to taste(optional)

divide the brandy between 2 empty brandy bottles, add sugar if your using it, and then the haws, dividing them between 2 bottles, leave enough room at the top of each bottle to allow you to shake the contents from time to time.

leave for 3mths, and shake occasionally, remove the fruts and reunite the brandy into one 70cl bottle. i think this little book is well worth having on the shelf(£12.99)
