Geoff, make sure you rinse them for the resettlement allowances. They're good at making it hard work to get it and not totally upfront with info. I've just got out after 22 years and made sure i got everything...the terminal leave, resettlement leave, the money, the extras. If you want any advice give me a shout and i'll try and help you out. Just don't do what alot of others do and wait for everything to come to them and land on their laps, its "your" resettlement so they do f**k all for ya.
