Lab 10,979
He owns them now ,when he bought them did you say when they had to be picked up ?. If no i think you have to wait a descent amount of time before you dispose of them or you have to reimburse him they were advertised as pick up only. and theres no way on this green earth is he having a refund i think ratreeper has a point there must be a maximum time scale for pickup I mention 45 days because I bought something on ebay and it never turned up, but it was being sent to my Dad's address so I didn't realise for a while and by the time I had messaged a few times and given up to request a refund off ebay I was just told after 45 days they have no involvement. (there is no way a joke can be made out of that, I feel safe) ...... ......Was it because it was your real dad it was sent too and you didnt know where he stayed?............. I thought you were my Dad! You kept asking me to call you that anyway...life is confusing That was "who's the daddy" not "i'm your daddy".......easy mistake to make in the midst of passion mate......... PETEWINN 5
I would email the guy and tell him if they are not collected within say a week you will refund his money and sell them elsewhere. To play ultra safe why not make an official request via EBay to cancel the transaction. If he doesn't reply within a set time frame then you have no legal obligation to sell to him.
