just had a look at some cameras at pc world would do the job what i need but you couldn't change the lense it had some good features on it it had so i could take shots of my dogs at speed witch is mainly what i wont it had video as well 14 mega pixel 18 optical soom £130 ? what do you guys think it was a fuji film

Unless you get a dslr and learn how to use it you will have some great speedy fuzzy dog shots! With a dslr and the right settings your hit rate will be much higher. No reason why you can't get the shots with a good compact or bridge cam but you need to be ahead of the action :) Be prepared for lots of shots of dog tails and blurred grass while you are learning! Good luck!
