CLUSON lazerlight or the lightforce 140 will be buying my lamp as a set where I get battery included will be my first lamp

lightfoece 140 but i would go for the striker 170 for allround lamping

no different from clusion ppl have said that the wireing goes in lighforces but i,ve never had a problem ,clusion are ok for small land like paddocks .

What will you be using the lamp for? Obviously I know you will be "Lamping" but if it's for rabbits then a quality LED set-up is better. If it's for foxes and a rifle take a look at the Night Stalker range, same as a Light force but cheaper http://www.riflesports.co.uk/Nite_Stalker/. If it's for a rifle mounted lamp check the Night Searcher range of lamps which will last a life time.

The issue with wires being poor quality, it's true to say that you can upgrade to better and it's not an expensive or had up grade to carry out. I have a Night Stalker 180 (?) and have installed a nice quality coil lead, five minuet job.
