The laws in England and Wales for adverse possession etc have just been tightened, apparently these websites charge you a fee, let you know about unclaimed lad (along with another few thousand), then you have no realistic chance of claiming it. Look at the laws mate, it's something like 10 years you have to be on the land for, with no dispute, and you must tend the land as if it were your own. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
