Coneytrappr 30
Saw these the other day and immediately thought of everyone here. This is the one I kept coming back to. The jaws would have been about 40cm long, also interesting springs. Pity that the pan was nowhere to be seen. I am hoping that someone here recognises this trap so they can enlighten me. There was also an old jump trap just off behind it, couldn't get a good pic though. Old bunny fence trap. And this old thing, no doubt set to catch the oodles of rats that had made the place their home. Don't think they were having much luck though. Quote Link to post

Coneytrappr 30
Holbrook Museum, Australia. I was passing through and luckily had the camera. Quote Link to post
OldTrapCollector 377
Nice old dog trap, probably British made, but could just as easily have been a trapper's re-make based on an old set of trap jaws and base bar. This one is commonly known as a Roberts Ideal rabbit trap. Made in England in the 1920's and 30's. Just the sort of thing I am looking for for my own trap collection if anyone has anything similar that needs a new home OTC Quote Link to post
