Dr bob converter and Sony lens

_Hi

_{Went out last night with my new Dr bob converter and Sony lens on a pulsar n550 but the image was very dark even with the brightness turned up and ir on.}

_{Thought there must be something wrong with the pulsar so took off the Sony lens and it was perfect,put Sony back on very dark. Dose any body know what the problem could be}

a dark lens no less...probably doesnt allow IR to pass throug as good, or the coatings arnt good..

 

every lens darkens an image at the veiwing end.
